Apollo Defensive Fund

With a strong focus on downside protection, the IFDS Apollo Multi Asset Defensive Fund (the “Fund”) seeks to provide investment returns in all market conditions over the medium to longer term. The Fund will invest in a range of assets including collective investment schemes, closed-ended funds, transferable securities, money market instruments and cash/deposits.

 

  • 8 Asset Classes available for investment including property, equities, alternatives, foreign exchange, bonds, commodities, private equity and cash
  • Invests conservatively with a strong focus on downside protection
  • Minimum investment: £1,000
  • Available through ISAs and over 25 wraps and platforms in the UK

 

Target Market

This investment could be suitable as part of an investment portfolio for investors who:

  • understand multi-asset investments; and,
  • are able to invest for the medium term i.e. a period of at least five years; and,
  • are prepared to accept investment risk to their capital in return for a higher potential growth than would be available via a deposit based investment
